What is your character's role in their canon?: Flat is undoubtedly, a trickster. The twisted result between both a "mad scientist" and a "pacifist". A young man who knows no tragedy, but is marred in it regardless. A sacrifice.
What are the High Points of their "Story"?:

• Childhood: His childhood was full of abuse and fear. Due to his parents' fear of him, they attempt to assassinate him five times and is sent to the Clock Tower to study Magecraft when it fails. Flat is fearful about himself and his capabilities.


• Meeting Waver: When Flat is near his breaking point at merely 10 years old, he meets the man that would change his life. Waver Velvet, Lord El Melloi II. The man sees through to him in a way that no one else has...and accepts him. Suddenly, Flat's life does a complete 180.


• Classroom era: For nearly 10 years, Flat has been under Lord El Melloi II's tutelage, causing a number of antics that would take up this entire comment. Flat gains confidence and learns to accept himself and becomes a headache for his Professor and all his classmates that come and go as they graduate without him. He avoids his fate of being a human sacrifice for the thing that lives within him by simply befriending him. Isn't that great?


• Snowfield Holy Grail War: Flat, taken by his boundless curiosity, ends up going to the United States in order to participate in the Holy Grail War. There, he makes a contact with Berserker, Jack the Ripper. After a series of heroic-esque shenanigans, it all ends with his death.

Is the Character a Hero, a Villain, or Neither?: Neither. He is someone who can just as easily take the mantle of a Villain as easily as a Hero's.
